Probé esta imitación de tocineta de Sabyi, la he probado en diferentes recetas, esta vez fue en una salsa blanca con pasta, quedo super rico y le dió un sabor único a la salsa. Tengo que decir que para mí todo los productos de Sabyi se me hacen muy similares en sabor, está tocineta se me hizo muy parecida al salami y hay que tener cuidado de no usar mucha ya que puede opacar el sabor de los demás ingredientes.
I tried this bacon imitation from Sabyi, and this time I used it in a pasta recipe, it was delicious!!! You have to be careful and use it with moderation otherwise it can be overpowering. In my opinion most Sabyi product taste the same and there is not much of a difference.
