Very crumbly, the taste is pretty bland, but it gets a lot better if you warm it up for a grilled cheese sandwich or put it on top of pizza.

I tired it as well (will review soon), but didnt even try it raw.. Melted good on my burgers 👍
Yes, I do that, but I cover the pan with a lid, so the heat can circulate and melt it evenly. I did it with none vegan cheeses before as well 🙌
