Review of Big Sur Breakfast Burrito - Sweet Earth by oddish
Flavor wise, it’s decent. The texture of the potatoes wasn’t great (almost grainy?) but there was a nice smokiness from the seitan. I wish there were more veggies in it, but you can only fit so much in one burrito I suppose. It’s better with salsa or taco sauce.
For a relatively small burrito, I was shocked to see it has 24g of protein. It kept me full from early morning to later afternoon.
This is something I’ll buy again for convenience and because it’s a decent enough flavor.
$3 everywhere I’ve bought it in the past

mewinabubble I basically live off these~ I love them... just wish the temperature would be even consistent though the whole burrito X) 1 likeReply
oddish I didn’t notice a temperature issue, but then again I like my food slightly undercooked so I may have not noticed lol. Do you tent them with a paper towel?1 likeReply
mewinabubble o.o oh~ nope! Haha... i just let it cook in the plastic X) the ends are always scalding, and the center is either still cold or lukewarm 😅 maybe my freezer is too cold 🥶 Reply
oddish Oh! Maybe try it that way? It’s what the instructions said so it’s what I’ve been doing haha1 likeReply
mewinabubble You know... now that i think about it, i did used to use a paper towel to cook it, but i stopped at one point, because we went a long time without paper towels...so i think i just adapted to not using them without realizing XD 1 likeReply
