Sourdough topped with homemade coconut cheese, chunky garlic pieces and oil. Was simply delicious, loved the consistency of the cheese and the garlic pieces were an absolute delight. Tasted as good as it looks.
Took my vegetarian group along to introduce them to how delightful veganism can be, and with the options available now how one can continue enjoying food you have as part of your regular life. The most satisfying thing had to be the look of content on their faces after having vegan food. A lot of misconceptions around about vegan food and vegan as a concept. We should clear all of that, shouldn’t we. One misconception at a time. 🙂
