Very nice breakfast spread (or dip if you want) if you like mustard! I personally enjoy it very much. It has a soft texture and tastes, in addition to the mustard, herby because of the Dill. A little sweetness of apples is added (so no artificial sugars), which finishes the spread nicely. You don't need Salmon on your bagel, this will make it taste real Scandinavian!
