I like how the blanched vegs complemented the bouncy noodles. The sauce was not salty/oily, and has a kick due to the spiciness.

Dumplings were delicate, and skin were thin so you could really taste the fillings. Generous to be giving 3 dumplings given the dish is $3.50 only! There were fried soy skin and minced “meat” (gluten perhaps) too! Unfortunately as I chose to takeaway, the fried soy skin was soggy when I had them.

Will visit the stall again for other dishes! Staff is always friendly when I visit :)
