I really enjoyed this particular low calorie ice cream. The texture is light and aerated yet creamy. You don’t need to wait for this to thaw. It doesn’t have some of that chalky flavor as other low calorie brands. The peanut butter flavor is enhanced slightly by the coconut. I’ll be getting this one again soon.
