the brinjals were quite firm and non-mushy (which is how i like my brinjals hehe yay:'). just a note that the sambal sauce is more on the spicy than sweet side!

lil disappointed w the bittergourd this time as it cldve been cooked for longer - it was still kinda hard :p

lastly i got the tempeh patty for my protein fix :)
