Vegan Brunch no Skai —Avaliação do Laure Guilbaud (17 de jan. de 2021)

I went for Saturday champagne brunch yesterday and was delighted that the chef prepared a full vegan brunch for me!

The menu included a starter, 3 cold dishes, 3 hot mains and dessert, all very tasty. I have been to a few other champagne brunches in Singapore which were a waste of money for vegans (Lavo for example), but Skai was probably the best so far, for the amount of food and quality. Well done Skai!

If you go make sure you let the reservation team know about your vegan diet in advance.
