It's so hard to find good vegan hot chocolate, and this one is delicious. I really love the subtle kick from the chilis! It doesn't dissolve as much as I would like, but otherwise the flavor is delicious. I've loved their chocolate disks for years, and the guajillo Chili chocolate is my favorite, so it's nice to find this hot chocolate mix.
