The Vegan Pura Vida cost $8.80. This salad bowl came with quinoa (wish there could have been a more generous serving of quinoa), susteniragriculture kale, broccoli, corn kernels, falafel cakes, savoury beets miso hummus, sweet and chewy dried cranberries, crunchy spiced chickpeas, and carrot sesame dressing. Lots of exciting Mediterranean flavours!
