I was really hopeful of this but it’s not for me. I have yet to find a good Parmesan substitute. The best so far is a homemade cashew/nutritional yeast recipe but it’s far from what I hope to find. The way this is shredded is super nice and useful for throwing on pasta or whatever but I can’t get past the taste. Shame because the price point is great.
