I bought this pecan butter online from Thrive Market and I am obsessed! Pecans and sweet potato base sweetened with just maple syrup and vanilla, and insanely delicious. Typically I just put it on toast or with some sliced apples, but pictured here I topped a cashew-based vegan cheesecake with the butter and some pecans - out of this world!
