I love the Matcha DIY meals, these should be standard on menus everywhere. The DIY big brekky comes with two poached 'eggs' on sourdough and a choice of four sides. I got the mother forker popcorn chicken, turmeric scrambled tofu, tossed dark leafy greens and truffle roasted mushrooms. Hubba hubba. There is something deeply satisfying about squishing open the 'egg' and watching the yellow goo ooze out.
