Aw these are so "buttery" tasting like shortbread should taste, without the butter..🧈 I loved shortbread growing up and haven't been able to find a vegan version, there are loads of gluten free ones on the market but they all have dairy in.. A bit pricey, so it is a nice little treat to have once in a while 💖
