
This is our go-to quick tofu recipe that we eat every week and I love the ease of the ready made sauce!
Freezer two blocks of extra firm tofu and then thaw. Cut into cubes, toss in SESAME oil (trust me) and then air fry at 350 for about 15 minutes. Then toss it in a frying pan with a jar of VH teriyaki and some sesame seeds. Serve with rice and your choice of veggie. I love sesame seeds so I always add a ton after cooking. Enjoy!
