Bought Green Banana Flour at Woolworths because we were super curious and felt like being healthy. It had a starchy, grainy feel, and actually worked SO WELL in these banana muffins that you couldn't tell something unusual was up. Best of all we felt AMAZING after eating the entire stash, because they're so high in fibre + micronutrient dense.
