Quite often at coffee shops, I am thrilled if they have a vegan baked good. If they do, it is quite often a “breakfast cookie”. I was pretty happy to see (and taste) this yummy option!

I agree... sometimes I buy vegan baked goods even if I’m not in the mood, to support the café’s owner and staff supporting us.
