Skip the sour cream to #veganize. The servings of Impossible mince on each taco were generous, but too watery and not crumbly enough. The seasoning tasted like what you’d get from an instant taco kit 🤷🏻‍♀️ Tortillas were nothing special either and practically disintegrated by the time I got round to eating them at home. Yeah my bad, because tacos get soggy super fast and are best eaten fresh/on the spot. But still, I wouldn’t bother with these again.
