hot bowl of goodness on a cold day. 🤤opted for noodles instead of rice & without the egg, for a veganized version. perfect level of spice. not too mild, not too spicy. loved all the ingredients in it; soft tofu, shiitake, fishcake, kimchi, zucchini. the mock fishcake really surprised me. tastes real. def will order this again. i especially loved that they have an inclusive team; by also employing staff with special needs.
