Love this breakfast. It feels like a healthy version of a big fry up. The mushrooms are my favourite part, pop them on the toast when it arrives and let the juices soak in 😋

Just wish they open slightly earlier on a Sunday for breakfast. But I'm okay sleeping in till midday if I have too 😝
