Can't speak highly enough of these. I've never been able to swallow tablets so to have effervescent tablets really helps. They just dissolve into water and make a really tasty orange drink with a little fizz to it. Really vital to have some multivitamins regardless of what's going on with the world, but nowadays even more so. You can add a vitamin D3 dropper to the drink as well, which I would recommend from October-March because of the lack of sunlight we have. Great product and couldn't be without it. 🙏🏽🌱 #veganisnotscary
