Sometimes it’s nice to be able to eat with much thought. I’ve had a lot of Trader Joe’s’ salad kits before, but this was my first time branching out into one that needs to be heated. I was worried about breaking up the noodles for a split second, but it was much easier than it looked. I really liked the vegetable assortment and it came with just the right amount of sauce, though I wish there was a plant protein in there, too. Started cooking up some tofu simultaneously and it made a yummy, filling addition! #veganisnotscary
