Tanjong salad no Tanjong Beach Club —Avaliação do Amindfulmeow (26 de out. de 2020)

I good mix of textures cooked and raw. I really liked how the pomegranate pieces complemented the base of cooked kale.

TBC isn’t very vegan friendly, but they are friendly – when asked if this on the menu was vegan, she kindly checked with the cook, came back and told be no because they have “shells” in the quinoa... I couldn’t quite understand why a quinoa mix would be cooked with shells. Haha she said she didn’t know either, checked a second time and the cool had actually said “shallots” lol
