Review of Lion mane dry ramen at Saute-San by fourdollars

It had a lot of fresh veggies and some kelp that came with it, and a nice bunch of lion mane mushrooms. Ramen was flavoured with a teriyaki-like sauce. Overall I was still a little but hungry after eating this. It's a light dish.
