When I saw these Exotic Tomatoes I just couldn’t resist buying them and finding something exciting to make with them . I love the colour combinations it adds to a meal , also each tomato has a different flavour

Used them in a savory puff tart recipe which is fantastic as a starter or as a main meal with a side salad.
