Not for people who likes strong flavored dish. The soup is subtle and clear, very refreshing for me. Very generous portion of noodle and potato leaves (I took a picture of this half finished bowl because I was too hungry). I have not had mee huen kuey ever since I turned vegan 1.5 years ago. So eating this is a big tick for me. #veganisnotscary
