This as an absolutely delicious bowl. It is vegan and gluten free. It contains
edamame, cucumbers, quinoa, cashews, cabbage, mixed greens , carrots, and apples all tossed together in a tasty 👅 ginger miso dressing. I have eaten this many times and I always enjoy every bite!
