This was really delicious! The presentation is so cool too! Pickled mushroom on top, avo, spring onion, sesame, mayo (ask for vegan to sure) resulting good textures and flavours. Dipped into some soy sauce with some wasabi 😋👌! Our toddler enjoyed this too apart from the nori.
