This is my absolute favourite salad ever! It contains quinoa, marinated tofu cubes, avocado, red pepper, tomato, shredded carrots, cucumber, hemp hearts, and mixed greens. My add-on is vegan feta. You have the option of choosing from many different types of dressing. This restaurant chain used to be vegetarian and went fully vegan in 2019. Recently, it released an app through which you can order. #VeganIsNotScary
