Chipotle soy curls chicken enchilada, chorizo mini burrito, a mixed veggies corn empanada, with beans and salad (pictured is takeout version)

Glad to have vegan Mexican options in the city, but I found this dish to be very bland. The tastiest/heartiest part of this meal was the bean paste. They have a full vegan menu called “La Vegana”
