I’m a fan of foods that are also an activity... I don’t even love shelled sunflower seeds all that much, but there’s something about the process and saltiness of these that I’m really into. Sometimes my palette’s calling for a flavored variety (like pickle!), but at a $1 for this big bag, it’s hard to beat Trader Joe’s. I’ve tried my fair share of brands and the quality (how roasted, the seed size, etc.) can vary between batches for them all, these included.
