Review of Micellar Cleansing Water - Simple by cheapsoybean

A good, fairly cheap, accidentally vegan cleaner/makeup remover. I find this good for removing eye makeup as I have sensitive eyes and it’s one of the few I can use without causing irritation. This falls down on sustainable packaging and could be cheaper for what it is.
