Overall I liked the taste but the texture of the "meat" was bitty as you can see in the photos.
I had this made vegan from the veggie menu which said that any burgers made vegan would come with either vegan smoked gouda or pepperjack, vegan bacon, vegan dressing and a vegan bun. But my burger didn't have any "bacon" so I'm a bit confused.
I also ordered it just before I left Bristol so that I could have it for tea. It wouldn't been nicer fresh but I put it in the oven for a few minutes which was still nice.

heatherlouise Do you know what it was made of? Reply
robynellen @heatherlouise no unfortunately not, on the board it's just advertised as "plant-based patty". I imagine it's soy but I don't know for sure Reply
robynellen @heatherlouise yeah I'm not sure, it wasn't hard or grisly bitty, but it was like tiny soy pieces squished into a burger shape. It's just a texture I've never come across before but it was still good! 😋1 likeReply
