From the menu: "Mexican bolillo, served with chipotle mayo, pico de gallo, beans, cabbage, and your plant-based 'meat' choice." ($10) TL;DR version: it's a sammich. Shown here with their carne asada aka beef. As I mentioned in the other review, the tortas are really good, filling thanks to the beans and meats, the the pico and cabbage adds the crunch and brightness. I personally prefer the chicharrón but your mileage may vary.
