So. Freaking. Good. Please excuse the terrible plating, I ordered this to go and then had to shimmy it on to a plate at home to do it justice. ANYWAYS. Two slabs of vegan mac with some kind of amazing tomato/bbq/onion compote sandwiched in between. Absolutely amazing, total comfort food. The side is a pineapple cold slaw which is also delicious. Vegan option. You so have to specify VEGAN when you order because they have a non vegan version too (which my husband loved if you have non vegan friends/family dining with you). I haven’t had a chance to dine in yet but their seating area looks really nice and comfortable, plus you have a beautiful river view. They are also gluten free! A little on the pricy side ($15-18) but well worth it :)
