This dish has great wok hey. I bought this as a takeaway with my own container.
The veg is well cooked, so it is crunchy and not too soft. The long beans still look freshly green, which is proof that it is al dente. The dish is fragrant. The spice of this dish is average and can go up one more notch. The proportion is generous. The quality is very consistent. It goes really well with rice.
