Solomon has SOOO many vegan options! I’m a sucker for a classic maple bar, and this one was light and fluffy and sweet and everything 🤤 all of their bagels are vegan (they even have a vegan cheese!) as well as several toppings like hummus and vegan cream cheese made in house. ☺️ Definitely gonna be back for a lunch bagel sandwich!
