XL epok epok is much larger than their other offerings. However, i found the beyond meat to be pretty redundant. There wasnt much given for a 4 dollar curry puff, and it didnt add much to the flavour either. A curry potato filling wouldve been just as good-tasting and much cheaper. The flavour was also not as strong here compared to the rendang puff - i wish there was more spice.
However, the one redeeming factor is the crust. I LOVED IT! It was flavourful, buttery and flaky without using one bit of butter - i was very impressed.
This is too expensive to buy again, i will probably just stick to my usual potato curry puffs.
