Chi restaurant recently changed their menu to plant based. Read that they offered the impossible burger. Been wanting to try the impossible patty as impossible foods aren't available in Canada yet. The patty is thinner but the taste is good and meat like. Also had their green forest salad which has veggies and chickpeas.
