Schezwan noodles from an Indian Indian restaurant has an interesting fusion flavour of some spices and noodles. It is my fav in their Indian outlets n here too. Fully vegetarian place, but some dishes have ghee, so just check before you order. Their flavours are my favourite for Indian dishes.
