I ate it raw a bit and really liked it, I don't usually like tofu raw, but this was good. Then I put it in air dryer, but it dilated and did not taste good at all. Maybe it should have pan fryed it, idk. End result tasted really bad for me at least. But it is really cheap, so that is a huge bonus.
