Wonderful! While traveling I was very happy to find vegan options clearly labeled in this restaurant, and it was nice to take part in the Italian pasta without worry. My friend got the non vegan option, and when she compared the two she said the vegan version tasted lighter and brighter, perfect for the spring and summer!
