Pineapple Ginger Ramen no Kayo's Ramen Bar —Avaliação do pdxveg (7 de mai. de 2020)

This was one of a kind with mild ginger undertones, balanced with fruity notes of pineapple, in a shoyu soup. Our vegan one had vegan broth and tofu, and we had them add edamame and extra veggies. We had Noodle 47 ramen noodles, so named because it took 47 tries to get the ideal texture, taste, color and just the right amount of slurp. They also have gluten-free noodles made from julienned and lightly blanched daikon and zucchini.
