Top of the photo is the Pho Nam Rom, with added tofu. Middle is a side of morning glory and bottom is a Tofu cá-ri.
The 3 mushroom pho is loaded with enoki, shiitake and button mushrooms. In a giant bowl of delicious broth. It's a belly warming bowl with lots of addition that you can make at your table.
The morning glory is wildly moreish as it hits with a strong garlic flavour.
Bottom is a super creamy, quite thick coconut curry. With lots of veggies, tofu and a side of rice you'll be stuffed by the end.
* Not quite the forum but I couldn't leave a positive review without mentioning Pho's awful handling of their staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. I won't be rushing back even though I love the food *
