The wedges weren't cooked through and just oily on the outside.
Got them remade and same issue so I couldn't eat them.
They do however made a tofu cheese (or was it mayo...) which is DEVINE. Patty is also good. Once they learn how to cook potato wedges, I'd say it's a good meal
