The mighty mushroom is my second favorite sushi roll at beyond sushi, topped only by the sunny side. It has a really earthy, deep flavor, and what really makes it is the truffle sauce topping which is out of this world.

I love Beyond Sushi! So magically delicious! I loved the lunchtime roll and dumpling lunch special at Chelsea Market.
