A really delicious salad of warm eggplant, Brussel sprout leaves, mint, hoisin, preserves and fresh lemon. The combination is really original and the flavors go so well together. I asked to add extra tofu to my dish and they were more than happy to oblige. A great lunch at a great price (R85)
