Review of Vegan (Ye Tsom) Firifer at Blue Nile Ethiopian Restaurant by shik

Injira mixed with the spices, tomatoes, onions, and peppers wrapped in an injira with an extra injira. So basically, a lot of injira bread. The taste was good, presentation was neat. But I would like addition of more veggies or lentils.
