This is a wonderful take on bruschetta. The carrot hummus is a revelation and the lettuce is drenched in the perfect amount of dressing that you won’t even care that it’s lettuce! I was able to remove the mushrooms as I hate mushrooms and they were super lovely and offered extra tomato at no extra cost.
